Shipping

It is our goal to ensure that our products are delivered in the most efficient and cost effective fashion. FedEx is our shipping partner and takes care of our shipping arrangements.

    Jet Set Sam Responsibility: Jet Set Sam Inc. assumes responsibility for properly delivering packages to the customer address provided. We cannot however assume responsibility for stolen or miss-addressed packages.

    Include Delivery Dates: Please specify the required date for your gift to arrive at the recipients address. Allow two business days to process and ship your order from our facility. If there is no accompanying delivery date, we will make an attempt to reach you by either e-mail or telephone within one business day. 

    Smoked Seafood - Fresh Frozen: These items require refrigeration during and after delivery. To maintain the integrity and quality of all our refrigerated products, we ship via FedEx overnight service only, Monday through Thursday. These products will arrive in a semi-frozen state, cool to the touch.  All of our smoked salmon and other seafood products are packaged with gel ice, and a leak free box.

    Air Shipping Over Sized Gift Baskets: Some gift baskets that are oversized require an additional charge only when selecting an air shipping method such as FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Express Saver. This charge is in addition to the regular airfreight delivery charge. To inquire about this charge, simply select "Shipping Information" on the scroll bar and click on rates.
