Our fish jerky is a rich flavourful alternative to the traditional beef jerky. This jerky is made from fresh wild salmon that has been dried and smoked with natural wood smoke and flavored to perfection.

Salmon jerky is a delicious, nutritional snack. It’s made with wild salmon that contains Omega 3 fatty acids. It has no nitrates, 0 carbs and 1/5 the calories of traditional beef jerky. Oh, and we should mention it tastes pretty good too.

Our jerky is cut into strips making it the perfect on the go snack food when you need a healthy protein packed snack.
