Salmon Jerky – Teriyaki
Since smoked salmon is such a popular item in Japan we decided it was time to take some of the flavors across the ocean. We already had the original and the peppered jerky so why not create a Teriyaki one and see how it tastes. Turns out the Teriyaki jerky actually tastes pretty good. It gives a great amount of balance as the smoke flavored salmon meets the sweetness of the Teriyaki flavor to create an amazing combination.
